The Flow Camp will take place at The Studio House by Edward Maya, a unique private location created by the internationally known Romanian artist and producer Edward Maya, Billboard award-winning artist known worldwide for the hit song “Stereo Love.”

The location is approximately 10 minutes by car from Otopeni Airport and around 15 minutes from Therme Bucharest, one of the most well-known spa and wellness destinations in Romania.

Who is this camp for:

This camp is for people who are passionate about sauna, aufguss, waving, movement, music, connection, and personal development.

You do not need to be an advanced sauna master to join. The camp is open to people who want to improve their waving skills, learn from professionals, enjoy a unique group experience, and spend two days surrounded by sauna, practice, relaxation, and good energy.

For sauna masters and people who already practice aufguss, this camp is a chance to receive detailed personal feedback, correct small technical mistakes, improve your flow, and develop more confidence in your movement and session delivery.

For passionate sauna lovers, this is a chance to experience the world of Flow Aufguss Academy from the inside, in a relaxed, social, and inspiring environment.

Description:

The FLOW CAMP in Bucharest is an all-inclusive experience created around waving, sauna, relaxation, connection, and shared energy.

During the camp, we will spend time together in a private location with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, group activities, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, food, music, and a lot of waving practice.

This camp is designed to combine intensive learning with relaxation and community. You will have the opportunity to train directly with Bogdan Albu and other sauna masters, receive personal corrections, ask questions, and improve your technique in a practical and supportive environment.

One of the biggest values of this camp is the amount of direct feedback you can receive. Many people spend months trying to understand a technique alone, but with the right correction, they can suddenly understand it in 30 minutes. In waving, the small details matter: grip, timing, body position, control, tension, rhythm, and direction of movement. Training with experienced professionals allows you to correct those details much faster.

At the same time, this is not only a technical workshop. It is also a camp experience. We will share meals, practice together, relax by the pool, enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi, take part in group activities, and create a strong sense of connection between everyone participating.

Accommodation and food are included in the price. Participants will sleep directly at the location in same-gender dorms with approximately 8–10 people per dorm.
