Description:

Combos & Rhythm is where separate skills start working together. Instead of drilling one technique all day, you'll combine throws, spins, and transitions into real sequences — and learn to shift tempo cleanly in the middle of them, speeding up, slowing down, and landing back in control every time. This is Volume 1 of an ongoing series, built for intermediate wavers ready to step up and advanced wavers who want to sharpen how their techniques connect. Expect a bit of everything, tied together by rhythm.

The Workshop Includes:

• 7 hours Combos & Rhythm Workshop with Bogdan Albu — combine throws, spins, and transitions into real sequences, and practice shifting tempo cleanly while staying in control. Intermediate to advanced, Volume 1 of an ongoing series.
