• 6 months of 1-on-1 online training with Bogdan Albu and the Flow Aufguss Academy team
• Full weekend course with Flow Aufguss Academy
• 3 available certifications (after passing the exams):

- Aufguss Ritual

- Classic Waving

- Flow Waving

• 2-course lunch on both days
• Spa entrance on both days
• Sauna evening on Saturday
• Coffee/tea and snacks on both days

Accommodation:

Option 1: Book a room at The Well Spa & Hotel for 2090 NOK per night (breakfast included, room fits 2 people). Pay on arrival.

Option 2: Find your own accommodation in the area.
