Description:

Waving Foundations and Control is where it all begins — the real fundamentals behind every confident Saunagus session. We'll build your towel work from the ground up: grip, posture, and the basic wave patterns that everything else is built on, plus the control that makes it look effortless instead of forced. If you're brand new, you'll leave with a real, structured foundation instead of a few random tricks. If you've already got some experience, we'll move you into more demanding variations so you're working at your level all day — everyone leaves with something solid to build on

The Workshop Includes:

• 6 hours Waving Foundations and Control Workshop with Bogdan Albu — Beginner + Intermediate. Learn grip, posture, and the basic wave patterns that everything else in Saunagus builds on, with more advanced variations for anyone who's ready to go further.
