Who is this workshop for:

This workshop is for people who are passionate about aufguss and waving and want to invest in an intense and highly detail-oriented training experience designed to rapidly improve their skills through a significant amount of personal training together with Bogdan Albu.

The workshop is focused not only on towel techniques, but also on movement quality, flow, control, transitions, guest awareness, and overall sauna session execution.

Description:

This workshop is a very personal meeting between me (Bogdan Albu) and a small group of participants, created to improve your waving skills and deepen your understanding of aufguss.

Due to the limited number of participants, the training can be highly personal, detailed, and intensive. During these days, we will spend a significant amount of time practicing together, receiving individual feedback, refining techniques, and exploring movement in depth.

At the same time, this workshop is also about connection, community, and enjoying the experience together. We will all be staying in the same house during the workshop, sharing meals, conversations, practice sessions, and fun moments together.

The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, which means some participants may need to share a room with another participant.
