Description:

Flow & Transitions is about what happens between the tricks — the part most sauna masters never actually train. We'll work on linking one movement into the next without a break: smooth transitions, controlled tempo, and knowing when to slow down and when to speed up. You'll build from simple sequences to more complex combinations, always working toward one continuous flow instead of a string of separate moves. This is where technique becomes performance — not through more tricks, but through control of pace and connection.

The Workshop Includes:

• 7 hours Flow & Transitions Workshop with Bogdan Albu — learn how to move smoothly from one towel movement to the next, without stopping. Learn body movement together with the towel techniques. You will practice changing speed and connecting moves together. We start with simple sequences and move to harder ones, so everyone stays challenged — beginners and advanced.
