• 7 hours Spins & Twirls Workshop with Bogdan Albu — learn how to do spins and turns with the towel, safely and with control. You will practice balance, timing, and how to connect a spin to your next move. We start with simple spins and move to harder ones, so everyone stays challenged — beginners and advanced.
