• 7 hours Throws & Catches Workshop with Bogdan Albu — learn simple and advanced throws, and how to catch the towel in the most controlled way possible. You'll work on wrist movement, timing, and the small details that change everything. We start easy, then build up fast — and if you're getting comfortable, we push you further. Beginners and advanced, everyone leaves with something new
